Kate Kretschmer, M.Ed

Having had success with altering what I eat, improving my fitness, and making time to clear and refocus my mind for positivity; I know what it takes to move your life in a healthier direction.  As a mom of 2 who is in my 40s , I have been a vegetarian over 25 years and have now begun running ultra marathons.  Join me for 30 days of inspiration and motivation so that you, too, can reach your goals, have more energy, and living more mindfully and healthfully.
